In order to make an enquiry the client must provide accurate and correct details. Deliberately providing incorrect details may prevent the service being given.
The site management reserves the right to decline any enquiry, for any reason, without being required to give a reason.
5. Delivery and retention of files
Photographs are delivered in a digital gallery allowing viewing, selection and download of the files at full quality. How long the gallery stays available is agreed in advance with the client.
It is the client's responsibility to download and keep the files at the end of the agreed period. Keeping an additional copy in a separate place is recommended.
6. Cancellation and changes
Any change or cancellation is subject to the conditions set out in the agreement between the parties and to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
- Early cancellation: a full or partial refund according to the terms of the signed agreement.
- Cancellation close to the date of the event: the site management reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee under the agreement.
- Change of date: subject to availability, and additional costs may apply.
- Force majeure, including war, natural disaster or epidemic: handled individually.
7. Liability
We make every effort to provide a high quality service, including shooting to two memory cards at once and backing up the files to more than one copy. That said, the site management will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its services, from technical faults outside its control, from inaccuracy in information provided by the user, or from circumstances of force majeure.
