Corporate event photography
A corporate event is photographed so that there is usable material afterwards: for the website, for campaigns, for social channels and for the organisation's own archive.

A conference or an award evening needs two kinds of photographs. The first is the formal record: the speakers on stage, the screen, the reception and the event branding. The second is the people: conversations in the corridor, handshakes, laughter at a table.
Before the event I receive the run of show and the list of people who must appear. That way no speaker and no executive is missed, and a first selection of images can be delivered faster.
What the coverage includes
- Speakers and stage
- Every speaker documented, including clean frames suitable for publication and for the website.
- Discreet coverage
- Photography that does not stop the event or ask people to pose in the middle of a conversation.
- Fast selection
- An early selection of images can be arranged for immediate use after the event.

Questions about corporate events
Can we receive photographs the same evening?
A fast selection for immediate use can be arranged in advance. The scope and the timing are agreed before the event.
Can you cover several areas in the same evening?
Yes, arranged in advance. At larger events a second photographer can be added so the stage and the social areas are covered at the same time.
Who holds the rights to the photographs?
Usage for the organisation's own purposes is agreed in writing in advance, including the permitted scope of publication.
